We are facing an unprecedented global crisis. Like all of you, we are closely monitoring the situation with the Covid-19 virus.
We implemented an intervention plan based on contamination risk management for our factories, service centers and sales offices.

The health and safety of our customers, employees, partners and communities has always been paramount.
To deal with the current situation, we have implemented several initiatives including but not limited to the following:

• Quarantine of our people who have recently traveled
• Adjusted some working schedules
• Enhanced hygiene measures
• Restricted visits
• Increased work from home scenarios

We have also adopted various measures that will allow us to meet our commitments while continuing to provide you with the quality
products and services you have come to expect. Our production activities are operating under the guidelines and regulations issued
by the relevant authorities and we are paying special attention to the supply chain to ensure the continuity of our operations.

Should conditions change to the extent where our commitments to you will be impacted, we will quickly get in touch with you to set
priorities and mutually agree on an appropriate course of action.
